Abstract E. Bruce Jones (1933-2013) spent most of his career working as a consulting engineer in Wyoming and Colorado. He spent many years as president of Resource Consultants (formerly M. W. Bittinger and Associates) in Fort Collins and later as senior engineer with Jacobs Engineering Group in Denver.
